Nearly maxed leadership. The only reasonable thing missing is Fleet Command V which is already at 4. Can fly a Damnation already and is ready to learn the others. This character does need to put training into other command ships or tech 3 to become a maximum booster, but damn this is the best start you can have and already flies great Damnation. If this had the full spaceship command it would be 25b+
