How will the lottery be drawn?

What happens if i win and cant fly the ship?
There are 3 options:
1) I can buy it back off you in a price we privately agree
2) I can fire sale it on a 24 hour no reserve auction
3) I can hold onto it (very short term) while you train the relevant skills.

INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO TAKE PART - READ CAREFULLY!!!!!!
Money is to be sent to drol tack as shown below
For one ticket you send 19,000,000 isk with reason - raven navy issue 1
For ten tickets you send 160,000,000 isk with reason - raven navy issue 1


ANY MONEY SENT NOT INCLUDING THIS REASON WILL BE TAKEN AS A DONATION UNLESS I FEEL A GENUINE MISTAKE HAS BEEN MADE.

Any isk sent will be rounded down - so for one ticket you must send the full 19m. If 20m is sent that will only purchase you one ticket.

The lottery will not be drawn until all tickets are sold.
