I have been trying to avoid this for a few weeks, hoping the news will change, but it has not. I thought it only fair to let people know that several weeks ago, Eric was reported dead in a planetside explosion. There were no survivors. A memorial will be planned in due course.

Thank you to those who have offered be comfort and kind thoughts during this difficult time.

Memorial will occur on Sunday, March 29th at L'Amore in Ballo at 1900 for 1930. Respectful attire requested. There will be a short moment for people to share memories.

Loss of friends and loved ones is one of the most difficult hardships to endure. I hope you find some solace at the end of your grief.

My heart goes to you and your family, as do my prayers. Loss is always the greatest pain to endure, and one not easily suffered. Though I did not know your husband well, the fact that he had such a devoted wife such as yourself speaks volumes as to the man's character. My condolences, my dear.

I did not have the pleasure of knowing your husband and I've only spoken with you in brief a couple of times. Yet, if he was halfway as decent a being as you have proven to be then the cluster has indeed suffered a great loss and you a deeply personal wound.
