31.6m sp Tengu pilot all subsystems at 5 leadership skills will take approx 22 days training to reach what you are looking for, warfare link is already at 5. armored is at 3 and skirmish at 3 as well. Seems to be what youre looking for with just a few days training. All ccp rules will be followed should you decide to buy.
