Looking to buy a pvp pilot. Budget 70b

The pilot MUST have:
*Must be muliracial
*Near perfect gunnery skills
*Near perfect shield/armor skills
*Near perfect engineering skills
*Good subcap drone skills

Things that would be NICE to have:
Near perfect BS/BC/Cruiser/HAC/Command and other ship command skills, T2 primarily
Leadership skills
Logi/Carriers/Dreads

Things that I will NOT pay extra for and DONT want:
ANY industry skills
ANY resource processing skills
ANY Science skills (except Graviton Physics 5)

Mail me or post here with your eveboard AND what you are looking for price wise.

P.S. If You offer me Your character, You confirm that Your character have Positive wallet.
All CCP rules apply.

It is indeed a highly priced character but also nicely trained, I can accept a counter offer if you wish.

You have a great character. But the price it too high..... and I want more SP in skills for Ships/Gunnery and other skills....tired of waiting leveling skills...I want to fight.....
