Different Image for Cap Boosters and ASBs

Quite a simple suggestion and a simple change, please change the image of an ancillary shield booster with cap booster charges loaded so it appears different than a cap booster with charges loaded. While it's not hard to know which is which, it's still is annoying and creates problems.

Also add tool tip for amount repped / over heated repped. I believe either the shield or armor ancil does not show these variables on HUD hover over.

Not sure this is (that) trivial, but certainly very useful.
