FIXED: Current version downloads 1GB with each launcher restart

I changed the cache folder location in the launcher options but every time I start the launcher it wants to migrate game data to the default cache location. So I have to wait for it to finish migrating the data to the cache location I specified before I can even access the launcher.

Yes, the current build is partially broken and contains audio and video data. This causes the launcher with each restart to first delete 1 GB of data and then download it again. We are working on a fix. OopsOopsOops
