Character Bazaar

As above, I'm looking for a new main char, sub capital ideally, able to fly all sub capital ships with precision. 100m sp - 175m only, all race frig, cruiser, bc, destroyers, bs, to lvl 5 and such. Marauders lvl 5.

Gunnery and missile skills all must be very good. All t2.

Very little capital skills ideally, plus very very little industry, including jump freighters and so on, not interested in that, too much will be considered waste and not counted in for price offered.

Also looking for pure Marauder pilots. must be able to fly minmatar, galente, and amarr, excellently. all gunnery t2. (these chars can be less sp than stated).
