What's the best way of completing these in low sec (solo no alt accounts). T3 cruisers, cloaked ship, etc?

Be nice to run a few in peace without a few ships trying to gank you constantly.

No matter what ship you fly, folks will try and find you and kill you in low sec. No peace. Learn to use D-Scan.

Speaking of low sec.

it is interesting balancing game.

you can do the safe way, use missile or drone ship, but it takes longer, just a little.

you can go the more involved way, use gun ship, but then the rat ew can screw you up (guristas, serpentis, sansha), make do the site longer and gun ships take more attention which means that you are not paying as much attention to local/d-scan.

In the past I used missile and drone ships. I don't fly Ishtar, but Gila worked quiet nicely for me. I usually fit cheap cloacking device so I can warp to safe spot and cloack when ever there is someone in local.

The best advice I can give is stay out of FW low sec (where I live and do occasionally gank people doing pve as well as do my own pve), and always travel fit, use a non kickout station or use mobile depot to refit and immediately scoop it, they can be scanned and pick a ship that I don't want to go fight in a t3 Dessie which is quick enough to actually catch mission runners and has the ability to easily fit probes.

Something I don't want to fight is usually something that can do lots of damage very quickly to a small target as if I die before my gang lands it is going to end with a lossmail and no kill mail. Ships like the Ishtar and gila come to mind as they can pack a med neut can travel far off accel gates quickly and have the dps to actually drop a svipul or confessor under neut pressure. If you are in a Tengu I am going to assume you are ham or heavy missile and assume you really are no threat to my tank.

I honestly think a nullified Tengu in nullsec would be a safer bet, but that also depends a lot on the region.

I disagree with this a bit. I used to do lowsec exploration in fw space a lot and found that most of the time it can be safer as most people in fw space are more preoccupied with each other inside the plexes than they are with me.
