Launcher - takes 10 - 20 mins to load

Hi,

The launcher is having a problem with taking a very long time to load up.

NO problems with internet.
no problems with PC its self.


It will load the adverts, the pilot counter, the "Latest news", but not the background, or the status bar at the bottom. Nor will log in. can take 10 mins or much much longer. nothing has changed on the PC but the latest update for the game and installation of Norton.

Any help would be appreciated.
