Since yesterday, a couple of hours after DT I had a socket closure on one of my accounts, upon logging back in I got this error.

I was able to login with 1 account @ 2200 hours yesterday but got socket closure upon hitting undock.

I've raised a support ticket but had no response from it yet.

I have done the following;


  1. Ran repair tool
  2. Cleared Data
  3. Uninstall & reinstalled
  4. Changed port
  5. Rebooted router
  6. Factory reset router
  7. Google DNS - to & reverted


Is there anything else I can do?
