"unable to access remote info file"

Since the patch, which was automatically downloaded today, my launcher just keeps getting white and pops out this message:



"unable to access remote info file"



I cannot log into the game. Anyone else have this issue? How do i get it to work again?

I got the same problem. Looks like I am not able to connect to essential servers for patching/version checking.

Here is the repair log:

Same problem here:

I got everytime "offline mode" in launcher:

I tried to disable firewall. But it won't work. :-(

I was able to connect now.

Edit: I was able to connect once, but on the next try the exefile.exe could not connect to the server.

I was able to install the launcher manually:

cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_2_859950.exe

After that, the launcher starts like a charm. :-)

Exactly the same here.

Repair does not work.

Was in the game earlier by using the exe file in the bin folder - that worked ok. Now that a new patch has been reelased that method desn't work as it detects an incompatible build. So I'm locked out again.

Support ticket filed yesterday but no response yet.
