No. I do not. I simply wished to offer a few suggestions to some concerns I had.. on a public forum. Forgive me for having the temerity to voice an opinion different from your own.

Maybe the reason you keep seeing the same posts over and over again.. is that the root cause has never been addressed.

Maybe the 'rules' of the discussion forum are such that they preclude any dissenting voice.


ALL I DID was to voice plain observations .. OPINIONS.. on a public DISCUSSION FORUM. For that.. I am told to quit. to leave. to stop whining.

all by people who presumably have no stake in high sec play. So why so mad, then? because I ask?

Its ok though. None of us blame you. We blame your highsec upbringing. It seems the natural reaction of a highseccer to become angry when challenged, or replied to in anyway other than that which he wants to hear. Even when they receive the answer they covet, they are generally unhappy anyways because they have made up their mind to be so.

But I guess if you insist on understanding why General Discussion becomes perturbed over threads like this, its simply because of redundancy, especially willful redundancy as in this case. You know full well there have been numerous threads on this subject, and have admitted to having that knowledge, and yet you were compelled to create another because you felt entitled to it, nay, two threads, the first of which being locked!

Now, when 'Eve is dying' thread #4,522,991 is presented to us, the citizens of General Discussion, how would you prefer we react? With patience? How far does your patience extend good sir? Does it extend to the point of unlimited tolerance of the same question being asked over and over ad infinitum since the inception of this forum? Could you tolerate the same thing for 12+ years? I highly doubt it.

Do not discuss the actions of moderators - again that breaks rules.

Seems that from '09 to '13 the new play membership leveled off. From '14 to present.. they seem to be in decline.

But that is part of my concern:

Those are new 'players'? Really? You sure that isn't simply a bunch of multi-boxer alts? Me thinks its mostly alts.

I am amazed the absolute vitriol given to a simple post regarding a legitimate concern. If all of you think that EvE will persist with the 2,000 of you having your 10 accounts.. you're only lying to yourself.

Without attracting NEW players.. your virtual sandbox that you have invested so much in, will turn into a barren wasteland.

Nobody who wants to have a serious conversation pulls the 'EVE is dying' card. You have a very tiny focus in EVE. No need to imply the whole franchise is going to go up in smoke because you are dissatisfied.

You derailed your own thread, unfortunately. You didn't need any help from the followup comments, in that regard.
