Looking for a hisec alliance

My corp is looking to join an alliance that has the following characteristics:

- Operates mostly in Ani - Metropolis - Hisec.
- Has regular fleet mining operations.
- Has regular fleet missioning.
- Has a POS with all of the usual facilities that we can access.
- Are friendly, not too serious and not dictators.
- Welcomes corps that have some members who are new to the game.
- Intends to stay around for a while (the last one we join disbanded in less than a week :/)
