So many details and so well designed.
The mechanics are perfect and everything in it seems to have a purpose that would work in real life.

Also the bottom part rotates.

edit: It is also much sexier if you see it live, the picture doesnt hold on to its beauty.

I kinda of understand where youre trying to go with your post, but I disagree with your opinion.

I think CCP (whatever devs you may want to name) is doing great right now.
I love all of these changes and the way EvE is going.

This kind of small things are often disregarded in between the big arguing from major changes, and I dont think thats fair to all the real people that worked and works hard to create this beautiful universe of ours the best way they can.

5 stars for CCP and all the DEV team. Thanks for all your efforts, small ones and big ones.

Every little detail was clearly thought upon, and as irrelevant as this object might be to you, it doesnt stop it from being an amazing creation.

Objects like this arent simply randomly created, they have to be studied, then draw it in paper, then transfer it to the computer, etc..
Such an irrelevant thing to you but created with so much talent and resources.

I still think the Orca is one of the handsomest ships in EVE. I wouldn't mind spending time staring at a Hel.

It it beautiful as well.

Just know that the process to actually get a ship like the orca in this a game required a lot of skill and talent and creativity from many people. Every ship and every object in this game is a piece of art.

My personal preference on the ship is the myrmidon. A vertical stand imposing leadership and power.

I will tell you however that I actualy do think that a lot of the assets used in and designed specifically for EvE by CCP's art department are often stunningly beautiful!
