Prefer Gallente/Minmatar, (Would consider Caldari skills too)

Just looking for something with support skills trained ready for frig/dessie/cruiser pvp.

Amarr focused but the gunnery skills and spaceship command could be converted for Gallente. Passive gunnery at V and all armor comps at V.

While I could easily train into what I need it for might wait out and see what else is around and get more focused on what I am after.
