I've always been an awful poster. You'd need to be in the clubhouse to experience the warmth of a DP snuggle i guess. Outwith receiving it firsthand, the jubilation of the experience is hard to explain but exhilirating none the less.

I woke up with an awful ache in my back. The water in the shower was ice cold. The coffee tasted like dirt and someone had finished off the last of the Protein Delicacies. To make matters worse my pet fedo left a 'present' in the middle of the floor and the deliveryman tossed my morning issue of The Scope into a puddle.

As I tried to brace myself for the horrible day I imagined was about to follow I happened to notice my reflection in the mirror across the room as I was heading out the door. Something instantly caught my gaze. I could see it clearly even from that distance. Golden, glimmering and sparkling in the light of the new morning. It was my Looking Glass monocle interface. My pride. My joy. And then I realized...

It was going to be a good day.

I really enjoy these posts. I don't know if it's your monocle that gives you this outlook, or your Greatshore Coat, or if it's the rocks you are zealously mining.. but I like your cheery observations.
