Selling out of containers?

Just wondering why it's not possible to sell items out of hangar containers. It would make life much easier.

Hell lets broaden this, why does it matter so much where items are? Why can you not repackage a Damage control in a freighter?

It's 5m3 you have a cubic KILOMETER of space... You're in zero G so "we're dumb and forgot to install a crane" isnt even an excuse...

Microgravity if you are orbiting something, not zero G.

I agree with you Fire. Not sure what the problem is there. And tbh I don't know why this has never been possible to begin with.

Xach at the time i was driving my fenrir loaded with my mach and vargur through uedama you can bet your ass i wasnt orbitting naything;)

Gotta love running untanked freighters through Uedama whout links, webs, or anything:P Didnt even see ANYONE i was almost insulted

However it seems to be overruled by spaghetti in a microgravity space containment field. It would cause a resonance cascade and then it would rain spaghetti and meatballs in Iceland.

Don;t sell out of containers unless you want it to rain spaghetti and meatballs in Iceland.

why not a way to sell out of a pos in corp/alliance in remote areas? I used to run markets in wormholes and nullsec and would spend mytime online doing sells

As to selling out of containers, I'm sure there is some coding issues and other things that prevent the devs from just flipping a switch and going, "You can do this now."

I am absolutely sure these arbitrary restrictions are based on old buggy code that no sane developer bothers to touch.
