please add:

Amarr and or Gallente Battleship bonus per level Cool

7.5% bonus to Heavy Drone max velocity and tracking speed
5% bonus to Sentry Drone optimal range and tracking speed

Eve online is :

A) mining simulator B) glorified chatroom C) spreadsheets online

D) CCP Games Pay to Win at skill leveling, with instant gratification

Balance on what?
Nestor missing dps? it can pull 1k+ with t2 fitting. Ppl is getting cautious with the Sentry drones we dont need another "monster".

Let's put it this way: Nestor is the least unbalanced of that particular lineup, and therefore requires the least nerf.

It needs a reason to leave the undock ring but this is not the way to do it.

It's not the Nestor that needs a reason, you just need the balls.

The nestor is rampantly OP as a spider platform.... I get those arent "standard" at the docterine level but with me and 2 friends once ROFLSTOMPED the entirity of SISI in them...

If you're going to post a suggestion give reasoning, don't just say, "Do this."

Nestor is quite well balanced around it's role, I like where it is and anyone who feels it's underpowered doesn't use it properly and anyone who thinks it's over powered hasn't heard of energy neutralizers.
