Looking for a newbie friendly corp

Since I'm relatively new-ish to EVE, I'd love to be part of an active, newbie friendly corp that's patient with new members who really want to succeed and become something in EVE.

I have two other characters as well (an Amarr, who is my main and is specialising in exploration and business; a Gallentean who is going to specialise in exploration and mining) that might also need a corp.

As for this character, he's specialising in business and mining. I do like the idea of military, but I'm a little intimidated of EVE's combat and am quite afraid to die as I'd rather not lose anything.

One more minor thing: each of my characters is loyal to their respective empires (it's how I usually like to rp my characters), so I'd rather not be forced into working against their loyalties.

What I'd like out of a corp: friendly, approachable members who are patient and willing to help newbies along. I'd love for the corp to be of a medium/large size so that there might be members on at all times.

Thanks for all the posts and messages. I'm really into serious consideration right now.

Are there any corps that are more faction specific? I'm kind of looking to semi-roleplay (as in doing things for the specific faction my characters belong to: Amarr, Caldari and Gallente).

We aren't really into the role playing thing but I wanted to extend the offer to come check us our. We are new-pilot friendly always enjoy teaching a new player. We offer boosts and in system ore-buy backs along with some other perks!
