Has Cloud Imperium bought EvE Online ?

One of the main interest of EvE Online is massive battles with cap ships.

That will probably be one of the major lack of Star Citizen.

Does Cloud Imperium bought EvE Online to kill it to ensure that their major lack (massive battles) will not anymore exists in EvE Online ??? What?

Jump Fatigue, Caps Jump Range nerf, sovereignty phase two....
