i have multiple accounts and redeeming system will not complete transaction

anyone else have this problem

Please submit a petition under 'Billing', 'Reactivation Offers' and the GM's will investigate for you.

It seems that if you log in and out a few times and try to complete transaction it will.

that's all i did and it worked, so i don't know what else to say
