Sell all your skynet farming tools and invest in T2 BPOs or Genolution market.

There is the option to manipulate PLEX market as well.

I just resubbed my Carrier alt so I could grab one of these fire sale ships.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I have faith. Much like the faction battleships I'm collecting while they're cheap. With EVE, if you're not playing the long game, then you should be playing something else.

Hell, I may even buy a bunch of the sitters that I know are about to hit the CB real cheap.

I wouldn't be selling your spare super yet.

Phase 2 might hit supers even harder than the jump changes, but if CCP are hoping to see an increase in capital usage in pvp and are keeping an eye on it moving forward, the Phase 3 might bring some opportunities back.
