Unlike some gamers who do nothing but troll and complain ( I think this is due to pressure building up in their head and they must find a way release it), I would like to offer some suggestions in a possible way to hunt these people down who do absolutely nothing but sit in a system all cloaked up for days on end. I know CCP gets complaints/tickets/etc. about this.

My idea would be to see some type of "depth charge" developed. It would be like a Warp Disruption Probe that you could launch and send out like a scanner probe but it would have something like a 5 minute life span. You would not be able to recall it but you could move it around just like a scanner probe and it would ping back if it found any active cloaks in the area. If the probes get within a certain distance, they would deactivate the cloak and put a cool down on the target so that they can't immediately re-cloak. This way you could tie this ability into your scanning/hack skills. The better the scanning/hack skills, the longer distance the probes need to be in to deactivate the cloak and the bigger the cool down.

I would love to see this ability only for destroyers. This way corporations/alliance could get together and do sub hunts like they did in World War I/II. Maybe a new Tech II destroyer for each race? For example, you have the Flycatcher. Make the new one called the Bugzapper. Let's face it. Not enough destroyers. They need some lovin'. ;->

How can you hope to find covert cloaky campers when you can't even find the appropriate place to post this stuff?

If somebody wants to go to the trouble of skilling up cloaking and the ability to pilot a cloaky ship, launch that ship and cloak it, then just sit in a system drooling at their keyboards, I don't see how anybody on God's Green Earth has the right to say they can't, and shouldn't. If you are too sensitive for that, and it hurts your feelings, makes you angry or causes you to be nervous, maybe you're engaged in the wrong activity and should play a game that's easier on your nerves.
