Hello everyone,

I am looking to buy a hauler / trader character. Skills do not need to be perfect, but the character must have freighters trained at least to 4 (any race) and decent nav skills.

Trading skills do not need to be maxed, but starter to medium progression is appreciated.

Budget is 9 bil.
