So the quote came from hangar owners of State Protectorate corp.
And here starts fun:
- which 'faction Navy of our (me and State Protectorate) enemy' would attack me in Caldary space?
- what if i get scared by this possible aggression and decide to evade it. What should i do? (I think it would be better to ask 'are you ready?' in this case).

How about a "Docking request denied, you are an enemy of the state." to take the undocking issue out of your hands?

i decided to not mention it: it is already known issue that enemy stations allow you to dock. But as long as CCP doesn't want/can not change it.....

It could just as easily be your on board computer system giving you the information, rather than the station.

Three parties involved, unlike RL where it's two.

station - computer - you

vs

hangar owner - you

Not saying it is, it's just a possibility that gives some sense to that message.

They're not godmode Concord that cant be beat. You can shoot these one's down pretty easy but it takes a bling fit faction BS to do it.

Officer fit Vindy will do it. Give it a try.

a better idea is just deny people who are -0.5 and lower from docking. makes no sense if the station's sentries guns will pop u but you can still get inside
