Sick of multiboxing ice miners

Yes, this post is made when I'm a bit angry but oh well.

I'm just simply sick of multiboxing ice miners. What chance do I have (or any other solo player have) of getting more than a few holds of ice when in my region (Everyshore), there's so many multiboxing fleets that we can't even get a decent amount of ISK?

Every time I see them, it's easy to see they're bots using ISBoxer/Macros, because they fleet warp in and all start mining on the same bit of ice. And they all eject their cans at exactly the same time to be picked up by the freighter pilot.

I've reported them for botting, I do it every single time I see them. Makes no difference. I've tried also getting a list of names (to the point I have a spreadsheet with at least 5 regular fleets) and sending them in a ticket to CCP and all they do is tell me to report them as bots (which I would mention to them that I had already done, multiple times) and close the ticket.

Can CCP just -please- start bothering to actually get rid of obvious bots? All I'm trying to do is make enough ISK for a PLEX because of emergency bills irl that are stopping me from paying for my sub with actual money. But I can't when every single time I warp into an ice belt, there's a group of Skiffs huddled around a freighter (usually a Providence or Obelisk, sometimes a Charon) and an Orca, all focusing on one ice asteroid at a time, completely tearing through belts in not even an hour.

And I would like to note that I know the forum rules are against ranting... But this is more of a plea for CCP to actually do something for the solo players just trying to make ends meet for their sub.

report them is all you can do. you can find more ice out in null then highsec.

Reporting gets me nowhere. Not even sure if CCP bothers to check the reports because nothing at all has been done.

And I'm 20+ jumps away from null itself, let alone null systems with ice. My only solution would be to scan down a wormhole, hope it's not only abandoned/empty but also has an ice site, and mine there. Which is incredibly risky, considering I can't just ninja-mine in a venture, for ice.
