Like the title says i am looking for a Pvecharacter low Sp. Will consider all races mainly looking for a character thats bs driven but wont affect my choice. Also if character has any skills in transport ships or hauling will consider bonus as well.

Level 4 agents would be a bonus but not Incursions my main drive.

Post here with offers or mail me in game Budget 3b lets see what you got

that is a little out of budget range considering its 4bill just a starting bid something with lower sp prefered

Was slightly confused as to whether you wanted Incursion capable or not.

This character is within your budget and is certinaly capable of running Incursions or Level 4s. He doesn't have access to any but we could sort that out, I'd happily let you fleet with my main to grind the standings for Lvl 4s quickly.

Can fly a nice PvP T2 Omen fit and under a week from fitting a nice Zealot too. A buyer was arranged but hasn't transferred the ISK when agreed so I have opened the auction back up.
