Looking for a Frigate pilot with max skills in small ship weapons and types. Needs good core skills. Cruisers/BC/Logi's are a plus but not a must. Link me your toons with prices.

Attention This means must have level 5 in frigates and all t2 frigate skills except Ewar frigs (though that would be a plus)
AttentionMust be able to use T2 weapons and T2 light drones
AttentionMust have Max locking speed skills.
AttentionMust have great core skills (no armor or shield rep level 2 skill pilots
AttentionNeeds to be a frigate badass
