Launcher Issue

Every few days, there's a launcher issue that prevents us from playing the game. And today there's a new issue, when i open up the launcher, it reads:

"You're running a pre-release version of the EVE Launcher. This might cause problems with your installation. Do you wish to proceed anyway ? Choose OK to continue or cancel to do nothing."

It installs the update almost fully, till about 99%, but stops at "RES CACHE". This is what it reads: "DOWNLOADING UPDATES TO RES CACHE (0 B/355.97 MB) 0.0%"

I played it perfectly fine literally 2 hours earlier, and now i get this message, how can we resolve this ?

Nope, still doesn't work :/

I'm having the exact same problem. My buddy said his hung up for a while, but eventually started going. It seems to be a server side issue, it simply isn't receiving the update it is expecting. im gong to try just leaving the launcher open for a while, and hop it eventually initializes.

ran as administrator. worked.

Yup. Same problem here. It was fine yesterday night my time (26th +11) but now, this weird stuff. I'm going to presume they are changing the launcher.

I felt hesitant to allow the cache to complete. Has anyone else actually done this?

It works well now, but i'm still getting the same message about "...Pre-released version" etc, yet it works. Perhaps re-installing it would remove the error message ?

Still crashes even when running as admin
