Polarized weapons and sisi

Why are these not seeded? Actually why?

Because they're exploration rewards? So are pirate ships (tangentially) and they're still on SISI. Ancillary boosters are also exploration rewards but they're available on SISI.
I'd like to test these weapons since I've bought some on TQ and would rather put them through their paces before losing the ship they're loaded on.

Last time I checked they were seeded, but I could be wrong.
