[WTB] Capital Pilot

I am looking for a toon able to fly capital ships, i.e. carriers/supers and/or dreads. Race has low priority, but I'd rather not it be Caldari.

Furthermore, I am looking for 40-50m+ SP, and I would like for the toon to be quite focused skill point wise.

Hit me up with some suggestions!
