I sent in a ticket. I logged in on this account thinking it was the one I made progess on and purchased time, but didnt realize this was a far far older and forgotten account. I logged in and didnt see my characters and then realized my mistake. ( I actually found another old one too). Account names were all similar.

Anyway, I sent in tickets from both accounts. Anyone ever do this? Could they get the sub time moved to another account? What's the average response time? I'm eager to get playing!

Not heard of this before, and due to that and the fact we cant see the support ticket levels timescale is impossible to tell aswell, but CCP try to deal with tickets as swiftly as they can.

As for if they will move the time to another account as you reactivated this one by mistake... My gut feeling is it depends on the CCP rep that answers your ticket. I do not believe there is anything in the legal stuff that obligates them to do so but if it is a genuine mistake, one would hope that they use their common sense and customer service mindset to resolve this.

I have accidently applied gametime to the wrong account before, and a GM did move it for me.
I think my waittime was 2-3 days
