"stat padding" is the killing of an alt repeatedly to get lots of killmails. They just put that on steroids.

I'm pretty sure it's usually because of all the unlocks you can get by "gaming" score. If EVE had limitation like having to get 100 kills with blasters of any kind before being able to use T2 blasters, you would likely see a bunch of people padding blaster kills of alts. The path of least effort is pretty much always taken when any kind of grind is required.

As far as i know you will get baned for generating lag in eve. Soo Globy might get baned for this Blink
