I made this setup with EFT.

Some comments about it? Something that could be better exept faction/complex/commander mods?
It is a build for doing LVL 4's.

Out of curiosity, are you sick of your Maelstrom and can't afford a Vargur or Machriel?

Vargur would be perfect for you looking at your fit.

A Vargur or Mach would be great!!!

But there was something with isk.... isk rolls! Out of my wallet!!Shocked

And still had thisone gathering dust...

And yes, the Mael is getting bored! Lol

Well it will certainly work fine. I would ditch the DCII for another tracking enhancer II but otherwise, she'll work. Dump the Cap booster for most missions for a tracking comp II or cheap faction AB (serpentis 100MN's are pretty cheap)

It'll certainly get the job done.

Cloak for when you want to go afk for a smoke or whatever and not get ganked. Mach fits are a wee bit stronger and faster but use more guns and tank a bit less so it's totally up to you. I like just the four guns on a Varg personally since I can always load faction ammo into it without having to think about it as an expense.

I know you probably don't want Varg or Mach fits but someday you might. In the meantime, your fleet issue tempest will be plenty effective and a bit of (albeit a small) change from your Maelstrom. I would seriously get rid of that DC II for a TE II though, they really aren't that great for pve mission running and more range IS.

As always mission specific hardeners will help a lot, resists are also better then shield boost amp with so few hardeners.

Also smaller shield booster, and dmg rig is rly not doing much why you have extender rig there?

Why do people always automatically think that a fit is automatically bad if it includes a fitting mod? (Hint: it's not always)

Mael is better because it has the mids and tanking bonus to fit an AB, which is a necessity if you use ACs. The extra damage bonus the Fleet Tempest gets is countered by the Mael's 8 turrets.


Mael is the better ship in this case, don't waste your isk.

Maelstrom is better then this. Tempest Fleet Issues aint PvE ship. You can do same things, just better in Maetstrom.

As others said, for Minmatar: start with Maelstrom and aim for Vargur / Machariel.
