Hello I'm quiet new to this game and looking for an experienced corp in EU TZ.

Ideally I would like to participate in mining ops and ship construction, in return i would support the corp with what i can and make contributions to the alliance.

I'm interested to learn POS mining.

Welcome to Eve....glad to see you're enjoying the verse. EEL is a smallish nullsec renting corp. We geenrally sit in our pocket of space, relatively quiet, and run anoms, mine, produce, and PI. PVP is available but no requirements there. No mandatory ops.
