had the same no login window

solution (perhaps a little bypass)

in the launcher setting i changed the direct x 11 to direct 9

and the launcher in log screen popes up after restarting the launcher

i did 3 or 4 try and finally.. i'm online
anyway u can bypass the launcher and click the exe in ccp folders
