Killmail for assisting on a kill

This idea hit me when killing people and not all kills getting posted.

You get a killmail if you do the final blow, but would it be possbile to get for those how helped damaging the target. This would take off the wait or post off the kill and see the result you self right away and need to relay on the guy how hase the final blow to post it at all.

This should be easy to add to Kill/losses on a combat log's. Like Kills/Assists/Losses. This idea any merit?

All this would do is increase the amount of kill mail whoring.

If logi can get weapon timers, then you would hope they'll someday get in the KM code.

Logi love you long time. Credit for logi would be gravy, but I do it for the challenge. I would be satisfied with just an efficiency report, eg # of ships repped and total HP repped in a battle.

Use the force without consent and the court wont acquit you even if you are a card carryin', robe wearin' Jedi.

We already whore on KMs :P Adding a KM for all parties involved is a pretty sound idea. Especially for the poor logi guys who everyone has to hold target and stop firing until that Aurgor gets a neut in or a target painter. I mean just the other day my corp mates held a newbie in a Coercer scrambled in a belt for 5 minutes until everyone in local warped to the belt and got a shot off to whore on him :D

Gonna say this. Not even seeing the time to wait part being bad. I have been final blow and km getter a few times. And well I was kind of busy, you know...still fighting, to post the km. Its gets there eventually. MY approach to eve....its my off work activity. My rl boss says I want this, he gets its ASAP. But he, you know, pays me. And worth noting if my one of m servers has a moment and needs love...even my boss' requests gets delayed a while. He being a fair man lets this slide. As when say exchange is acting up and hundreds of people not getting mail that takes priority to handle lol.

Want proof of attendance on op there is always some guy in any corp I was in who was taking the unofficial roll call I found on even the massive blob ops. Usually these guys chime in on voice comms meetings. Especially when it turns to see which applicants on trial get the nod to get in. Was in one corp....one of these types of players saw everything, I was amazed tbh. Stuck on crap support ops watching dead gates as the enemy really didn't want that pos he'd have a trial's back saying ole boy always jumping in fleets its just been a crappy op cycle.

Everything that counts nowadays is the killboard anyways, rather than your personal killing blows/assists Roll
