I updated my client to Tiamat, however once I sat down to enjoy blowing **** up, this annoying message popped up: http://i.imgur.com/9zLOvle.png

So I tried running the repair tool, no luck.

Deleted my EvE folder, patched my Singularity folder to Tranquility, same result

Deleted singularity (now patched to Tranquility) client, tried automatic install, failed

Manual download, installed, same error

Deleted entire CCP folder, downloaded fresh files, same error.

Suggestions? I'm in withdrawal, I havn't tackled someone for 24 hours, I havn't even spun my ship once! Please hear my plea and end my agony CCP!

You may have already done this, but you haven't said exactly where you're getting your full reinstall.


this seemed to work for me, ironically right after i posted in another thread, hope it helps, I was getting the same verification error

What bugs me about this is that i was able to log on 24 hours ago. Then went to sleep, woke up, did my thing, and tried to log back on to only receive the same error. Not sure how this happened but i received the same verification again, had to re-download the client again, only to have it fail and wasted another day trying to play eve.

Yes, Error persits, have to use that file you linked every time I reboot the computer. A more permanent solution would be beneficial

Would have thought CCP would have addressed this issue by now.

For those of you with the same issue, running Eve in Administrator mode works but you cant use third-party applications like TS3 while in-game (unless Voice Activation is set).
Running the game in Administrator mode is not a fix by any measure, just a workaround.

Please if anyone else has any insight to this error, would like to hear about it.

I can barely even download anything from CCP at this point -- everyone here live in the US?

Negative, Denmark here. What really perplexes me though is the fact that on my laptop (windows 7) everything is smooth, while on my main computer (windows 8.1) is only working if i use that executable linked by CCP darwin
