Its a starter moros pilot,
Not a lot of waste, but some of the skills aren't up there yet.
Armor resists are at 4 which are ok, but need to be 5.
drones are ok, if its just a moros pilot, if you want to move it into carriers they need a bit more.
electronics are a bit weak if you plan on anything other than a cap.
engineering is ok, adv weapons is good.
gunnery is missing a few lvl 5's
riggins weak.
social is waste.

If i were offering or if i had to put what i would pay.. max for me would be 8-10b.

but that's just the opinion of an Alt looking for a morons/thanny pilot.
