Reveived mail on one of my stopped account, starting with this

"It has come to our attention that you cancelled your subscription to EVE Online due to in-game issues. Your cancellation came at a time when players expressed dissatisfaction with the introduction of the Noble Exchange Store.

The community's unease with the Noble Exchange Store and other issues prompted us to hold a special summit with the Council of Stellar Management. The statements from "
with a 5 days for free and one month for 9.95 with a reactivate account link, globaly url look legit but can ccp confirm or deny ?

This should be an interesting thread.

Sounds fishy if you ask me. Unless of course it's CCP's marketing genius at work again.

If you give them your credit card details you get a free Eve coffee mug. I've got 6 already! I'm sure they'll arrive any day now.

Amphetimines are your friend.

Aren't special deals visible from the account management page? Meaning, you should be able to see the deal from the safe trusted eveonline url instead of having to rely solely on a suspicious direct url.

This is a valid CCP offer Smile.

Although, I would caution that you double check URLs when clicking them and entering account information. Scammers are sometimes quick to pick up on things like Sad.

Double check that you aren't logged in with the account that is receiving the offer. If you are logged in on your active account you won't be eligible for the offer.

CCP doesn't want you back, you got trolled.

Rather excellent this, they can't even get around to welcome people back.

I'm frankly astonished someone at CCP has somehow acquired the stones to admit that any player was ever dissatisfied with their magnum opus. Credit where credit's due, I guess.

It is indeed both a true offer, and a scam. Oh, and it comes with free bugs too.
