Well since it costs me 2 PLEX to transfer the char, I get 1 PLEX out of it... have trained a bit more than one month... or am I missing something?

What you're missing, is that nobody is going to pay 2.4B for a character that they could easily create themselves for 1B. You have to look at it from the buyers point of view, not just your own.

I will offer you 800m.

But as you say the transfer cost is 2 PLEX, so it doesn't make sense for you to accept offers under 1.6B.
Characters this low are simply not worth selling. Especially when they have a bad name and negative sec status.

Makes sense! Well then I guess I wont sell him...

I'll still leave it up though.. maybe some space rich dude can't wait a month to start ganking...
