I use the Occator (Gallente Deep Space Transport) as a mining support hauler. Works better than the Miasmos as there is no need to jettison cans etc.

However, when accessing the fleet hangar from a member of the fleet it only lets me place 50,000m³ of ore in, not the 60,000m³ that my Transport Ships IV skill provides. You can sometimes get a bit more in if it was near to 50,000m³, but this is unpredictable.

This is obviously a bug of sorts, can you fix it?
