I'm looking for a PvP subcap Specialist, with bomber skills. Cap ship skills are a + but not necessary. I'd prefer no wasted SP, i.e. Industry is not needed in the least bit.

T2 Fittings, and Ships.

All Great Toons, However I'm looking for a little better engineering, Electronics, Gunnery/Missiles and Spaceship Command. Juichimen, is the closest to what I'm searching for so far

Just needs missile skills but has everything else you could ever need


What would interest you:
- cloaking to lvl 5
- covert ops to lvl 5
- all racial frigs to lvl 5 (except Amarr lvl 4)
- perfect scanning skills to scan down targets
- perfect targeting skills for quick lock

Added bonus:
- perfect engineering
- perfect armour skills
- great drone skills
- perfect navigation skills
- 8+ standings toward CN for JC installation

And more

Character has 2 bonus remaps at current

I'd be willing to negotiate on the price within reason o/

while it dosent have bombing skills it wouldent take too long for them , amazing gunnery and base skills.
