is EvE Central API offline?

I'm trying to use tools like EvE IPH, Excel Charts and stuff, and none of it works anymore. It gives error 500

May use this replacement https://github.com/fuzzysteve/eve-googledocs-script/blob/master/EveCentralPrices.gs
for google doc's importxml function.

Eve-Central's API goes down whenever it's having a bad day or just feels like it ...it usually comes back up fairly quickly.

My google sheets have also been stuck "loading" for the last few days.
