Do an in-game support ticket.

It'll reach a developer faster. Also, reference this thread in the ticket just in case they direct you to the forum.

This is a known issue and is being worked on.

That said, please post any issues you encounter with the Tiamat release in the relevant thread.

To add further to what Ezwal said, our preferred method of hearing about bugs is via Bug Reports. You can file them from the client (preferred) via the F12 help menu, or via community.eveonline.com. Submitting bugs as support tickets is not preferred as it increases the turnaround time and causes double work. Posting in the issues thread is great, posting in the issues thread linking your bug report number is awesome Big smile
