Thief's ship must be destroyed.
Assassin's ship also. And podded. As long as necessary.

well I would not be surprised if it was lets say - amarrian saying this but situation goes into awkward direction when GALLENTE is shouting for killing and Caldari is calling for using not force but wisdom in fight against them....

well that second part maybe is not as much ironical or something but last time I checked - wasn't it federations callmark? freedom and peace such things?

Pray well and often then, little nun; it would truly take an act of divine intervention for the Katanga to succumb to such a fate.

Damn criminals!

It's a known fact that outlaw pilots are always flying around high on combat-boosters, fearlessly and senselessly engaging anything that moves.
The only way to stand any chance against them is use combat-boosters yourself.

Now, as it happens, I am upstanding member of the Thukker community who can supply these combat-boosters.

Don't think of them as illegal... they're just enhancers, right?
I mean, you don't think twice about rigging your ships, do you?
Why not rig your brain, too!

Call me and I'll sort you out with what you need to fight the criminal menace!

Drugs are bad, m'kay? Smile

Seriously though, I applaud the sentiment in this thread.

Go away CODE, nobody likes you.

A funny thing: CODE only attacks individuals and small organizations. Large, organized, dedicated organizations do not have to worry about them as much. CODE is in fact, a group petty thugs and extortionists.

I will cite an interview I had with a 150 capsulier corporation who'se number were quite dedicated. Their numbers were quite disiplined and tended to follow very strict sets of protocalls. Due to their organization and numbers, CODE was forced to leave them alone.

The corporation sees wardecs as an inevitable reality and has very effective protocalls and disciplined pilots who not only field guns, but eyes and ears as well. Wardecs do not last long as the corporation has also chosen a location that is highly defendable, making a wardec pointless. One very determined group lasted three weeks before finally giving up.

Never give CODE an ounce of ISK. It's like scraching a wound and it'll only make things worse.

Funny thing about CODE is the remind me quite a bit of the anti-smoking folks. They started out as people annoyed with smokers, graduated to warning folks of the dangers of smoking. When no one listened to their relentless prattling (because we have a free will), they starting making inroads into places of power to enact laws in order to force people into a behavior they found acceptable.

Similar with CODE, folks weren't playing in high sec how they thought they should be, so they started suicide ganking and extorting folks into the behavior they find acceptable. Fortunately, it appears there are enough folks here still willing to tell them to pee up a rope.

One thing in common to me though is both groups appear to have such pathetic lives that they have to find joy in making others miserable by attempting to control their behavior. From the founder of CODE on down, I am willing to bet that they have no power in their own lives, that they feel the need to try to be "famous" in a virtual world.

Funny thing is, being famous (infamous is a more accurate term) in Eve is like being rich in a game of Monopoly. It amounts to very little in the grand scheme of things. If they happen to blow up one of my mining vessels, chances are I actually make a profit on the insurance policy because the vessel has already paid for itself many times over.

Also, if I get tired of the business here, I have many other games to entertain myself on my hard drive. Or a read a book. Or interact with friends. I read CODE's website for amusement, for I picture the author of it like the guy in that WoW episode of South Park. "Yes, we're dealing with someone who has no life."

You need to rethink your strategy, or else you've failed before you have even begun.
Some reasons to consider:

  • A secret organisation does not advertise, thus, remaining secret - the operative word in 'secret organisation'.
  • You use the same rhetoric and self righteous zealotry that The Code employs to justify your actions.
  • You are not sanctioned, and therefore have no more right to enforce your policies than The Code has to enforce theirs.
  • The method you wish to employ is vigilantism. If you're going to draw others to your cause it would pay to understand this, and voice this in ernest or risk just looking like a mirror image of The Code
  • Prepare to be discovered (even if you didn't advertise); don't fool yourself into thinking that the identities of those within your oragnisation are safe. Capsuleers are resourceful.
  • ...and most importantly:
  • Education and preperation of said miners, industrialists, haulers is the best weapon in reducing The Code's incentive and effectiveness

I would encourage you to seek a more enlightened means to achieve your end goal; namely, the education of the newly initiated capsuleers, they are the one's most open to learning. The Code also employ this method to bolster their numbers with new recruits as they understand this concept.
If retribution is what you seek, then continue on with what you are doing, you will be branded vigilantes, and rightly so.
If your intent is truly for the betterment of high security space you may want to consider a re-evaluation of your methods and mandate.

Good advice, but they won't listen. Miners are dim. Like, really dim.
And humourless, grouchy, possesive, hostile, foul-mouthed, tetchy, stuck in a victim-mentality...

You're too hot to be defending miners. I could put you to much better use.

Hey, speak for yourself. This miner tanks the vehicles I fly. And lately, I only fly a procurer (if that's all that is available) or a Skiff. :) While I can afford to replace said vehicles, I'd rather not incur the expense.

Not in the organized sense...

Oddly the most effective means of dealing with organized crime is in-fact disorganized resistance,
by that I mean individuals taking up an ideal without worry of 'who's in charge'.

Concord is very tender and forget very quickly.
We don't.

Destroying your ships ?
Absolutly. Many times. During a long time.

Until you change your behaviour.
And kiss our hand for pardon.

We like to remove any means to assassins.
Their dirty money can be used at least for community interest more than for narcissistic and individual appetite of cowards.

Be sure of one thing : we are patient. We are volition. We will take all time to build what we want against this calamity.

Are you ready to die ?
Unscrupulous mafia, are you desiring your difficult life to come ?
