Low Sec Ratting ship

So I need a fit for a low sec ratting, it can be anything from a frigate to a cruiser of any of the 4 factions and preferably a T1 fit IF possible.

stratios, oracle, t3(prot, legion).

i flit between the three, the oracle less so

olso, do you control the space?

if not then go stratios or cloky proty

I'm having great fun ratting in a Navy Omen, and works really well.
It's fast and can reach really and still do decent DPS

define ratting? Just the belt rats or even including anoms? If it's just for the belt rats, a T1 frigate will do the job as well. No need for something expensive like Stratios, Oracle or NOMEN as they will get killed by pirates earlier / often than a frigate.

Personally I fly Omen and NOMEN as well as they provide some other interesting options as well.

vexor is my go to, that being said....lately recons do well based on d-scan immunity. ive been doing sites for "phat lootz" in low-sec with a recon when the boredom of looking for pvps gets the best of me...i am pvp fitted...and tanked....but just hope.the unlikely uneducated bear hops my site and i get the one up.

although.....t1....you may get smeared.....i would listen to ralph....as i revere his opinion as textbook.

Loki has perfect em/therm shield resists i stock that would be perfect for sansha rats plus faction emp's would perfectly alling em damage to rats.
