Everyone in null does it. Most null systems when fully upgraded can hos at best six of fewer people at any one time and they would earn less than you can earn from highsec level 3 missions. The very best null systems can host 10 rtters and you earn less than highsec level 4 missions.

It is a long standing problem we have been begging CCP to fix for a decade. We are hoping the sov changes due to be announced at fanfest changes this.

Speculation and propaganda aside, it is what it is until you see these forums shut down from server load, or the population drops like Daisy Mays drawers on prom night. Null is BORING, but the b.s. Is fun to read about when it happens. Its about all there is there anymore.

When the original system upgrades was put in place, the systems could handle more players. I was in Null during the prime of that addition and I was there for the nerfing and the exodus. The claim was, it was being botted and ISBoxer was the evil nemesis of Null and while that did happen, there was also a lot of legitimate player activity and residual PvP from it.

Part of me thinks that nerf was the EVE tradition of, if it is popular, nerf it. Unsaid truth, CCP don't want Null to be busy and active. They want us in high sec, pissing away time getting nothing done. The illusion of scary Null was an asset.

And you are waiting for what exactly? That's what burns me about people who are all bark and no bite. You actually believe that a group of people exists that wants to shut down the game you play and the BEST you can do about it is post uselessly snarky forum posts about it?

I've fought goons in game for the last 7 years as a member of Atlas, IT, -A- Raiden, NCDot (btw didn't want that Tribute Region anyways), TEST and then NCdot again. It's because we fight them that they hold half the map not all of it.

WTF have you done about them?

Somethingawful don't want CCP to shutdown. THey want to play the game and have as much fun while doing so as possible no matter the cost. If the cost of their fun is your personal enjoyment of the game, then so be it.
