Hello,

Last week and like the past couple months have been crash city for my EVE client, however this week I have been able to play allot without a single crash at all. I am even able to close one of my multi-box clients without crashing the other ones.

I think you've just been lucky is all...

I'm begining to think that CCP don't have any teams chasing mac bugs anymore.

A recovering btter vet,  with a fresh toon and a determination to like everything that CCP does to Eve...

Don't take me too seriously though, I like to tease a bit on the forums, but that's only because I love you...

There was a missile-related memory leak in asteroid belts that was recently fixed.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Well i moved to a mac recently and its terrible, its just freezes and crashes all the time. been playing 10 years and I'm about to unsub because the game is pretty unplayable.

I wouldn't mind but i have a quad core i7 not a crappy mac either.

CCP this seriously needs to be sorted, if you are not going to support that mac properly then just say so then i can stop wasting my time and money

Well, on my MBP, I have an issue about once or twice a week these days, so it can run well. Eve is very sensitive to all other stuff you have running, especially anything that accesses you network.

I would definitely concur with this.

anything that takes bandwidth in fact -some repeated D/C's have been cured since I stopped the timemachine backing up over Wifi .. although I have had client D/C on clicking a youtube link OOG ..

Overall stability seems to be a lot better under Tiamat (at least single client).

The game has been playing a lot better for me with this update. I was (too) good for crashes within minutes of log in. Seems to have cleared up for me.

Prior issues I was not any of the above potential causes. My stuff crashed on fresh reboots and eve first thing fired up. I don't auto start apps in background if it can be avoided. Only automated start up process that uses network I know of is my Arq backups. That has been on the system for years though.
